15 AIR Kisanvani Programme Producers from country’s
North Eastern States, Odisha and West Bengal will be brainstorming with leading
Agricultural Scientists, Technocrats, Bureaucrats & Progressive Farmers at
ICAR, Shillong from 30th May to 01st June 2018.
The three days ‘Impact Assessment & Capacity Building’
workshop, would focus on ways & means of steering the silent Second Green
Revolution sprouting in the fertile lands of India’s North-East, towards the
goal of ‘Doubling of Farmer’s Income by 2022’ – the organic way.
The workshop is scheduled to be inaugurated by Hon’ble Governor of
Meghalaya H. E. Shri Ganga Prasad.
